I went to Panda Express the other night. I got a fortune cookie that said something along the lines of

"You see treasure where others see nothing"

I think my cookie is trying to say
"(Lord44), you are easily entertained"

That is true. I have been able to entertain myself ever since I was little.

Yesterday was the first snow of the year

I've had a lot of green grass christmases so i am pretty excited even if it is less than 2 inches! we are supposed to get some more tonight...

But then be above freezing all week

Well, i better love it while it lasts...and peg my twin sister with a snowball

EDIT: my mommy had surgery today...nothing major, just her arm. for you medical people (or if you are in an anatomy class like me) it was called a cubital tunnel release. she's doing alright

Celebrated Thanksgiving today because we couldn't on Thurdsay...what are some of your guys's thanksgiving day traditions?

At my house, we get up and watch Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on the TV, make a bunch of food, and eat until we get into a food coma (about 30-40 min of eating). It is one of the few times a year i get sparkling cider! Then after we wake up we watch movies and then eat dessert!

saw the movie "UP" yesterday...

i figured out what to do about that stupid "preview image" thing. My scanner's resolution was WAY too high...and not only does lowering the res help with that....it speeds up photoshop!

However, i put it on our lowest resolution and the thing looks like CRAP. what is a good resolution size? (our scanner goes from 50-1200)
